About me

My name is Tom and I’ve been an enthusiastic programmer and software developer for over 15 years. My main job is something else, but luckily I still have enough free time to devote myself to my great passion: App Development.

In 2015, I accidentally discovered Apple’s new programming language (Swift) and immediately fell in love with it. That’s why I’m currently only developing apps for the Apple App Store, i.e. for iOS, iPadOS and macOS devices. So far so good, so I programmed my first game called Nag Nag Bird. It took some time from the idea to the design and the technical implementation, but in the end I was very satisfied and proud of myself. Unfortunately, the game is almost unknown to this day. However, it helped me a lot to learn the new programming language.

Second try! I have to say that I have always enjoyed planning and managing my finances in my spare time: So I thought that I could develop an app to plan my personal finances.

So in 2017 the app MoneyStats was born. Since then, my user numbers have risen steadily and I have actually managed to develop an app that is praised and used by many! In the meantime, the app has become very extensive. At the same time, I try to keep the app as intuitive and simple as possible. Not an easy task! With over 1,000,000 downloads, I have now reached the top positions in some countries and am now completely immersed in this project. 🙂
